Ashtyn is the Director of Human Resources at JAMHI and holds a Business Degree from Utah Valley University. Ashtyn has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and prides herself on the high level of customer service she brings to Human Resources. Ashtyn’s areas of expertise cover employee relations, employee engagement, and strategic planning. She has an eye for standardizing processes and optimizing efficiencies.
Ashtyn was born in Oregon but lived primarily in Utah. Her goal is to visit every National Park in the United States.
Ashtyn is passionate about mental health and community support.
