Vice President
Bradley Perkins is a seasoned attorney and electrical engineer with a rich background in various sectors of law and technology. As a legal professional licensed in California and Hawaii, and with federal court admissions, his expertise spans intellectual property, high-tech, corporate law—including securities, governance, and non-profits— employment law, and the entertainment industry.
Widowed in 1999, Bradley's personal journey led him to remarry and transition from his role in the executive teams of Silicon Valley's vibrant tech scene to support his spouse, Pastor Karen Perkins, in her first call on Oahu's Waianae Coast. His commitment to his community is evident in his contributions to church leadership and legal counsel within the Pacifica Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America and his service as Deputy Vice Chancellor and parliamentarian to both the Pacifica Synod and Episcopal Diocese of Hawaii.
Since relocating to Juneau six years ago, Bradley's dedication has taken various forms, from public service as a state division director to General Manager of Saint Vincent de Paul. His creative side flourishes as the producer of Resurrection Lutheran Church’s 'Juneau Live!' TV studio, and his community spirit shines in his management of initiatives like RLC’s Safe Space for Schooling and the CBJ Cold Weather Emergency Shelter. His governance experience continues through board memberships, including a pivotal role as Vice President of the Board for JAMHI Health and Wellness, after serving for organizations like The Glory Hall and Polaris House.
