
Naomi Studevan
Director
Naomi Studevan earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clark Atlanta University and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. With over two decades of experience and specialized training in education and behavioral health, she is dedicated to driving meaningful change and fostering growth in those she serves. Naomi has served as Steering Committee Member and Chair of the DEI committee for the Specialists of School’s Group (SOS) and Vice President of the West Park Cultural Center Board, a vibrant community arts organization in Pennsylvania. Ms. Studevan is deeply engaged in community initiatives and prides herself on building collaborative relationships. She not only understands the importance of having alliances within the provider community, she understands that it is necessary to better serve the needs of the community; she has made this a priority in her work in Pennsylvania and works to build the same in Juneau.
Naomi has acquired over 20 years of experience, personal and professional, and training in education and mental & behavioral health. Her personal experience includes navigating early intervention services and the IEP process for her son. Her professional experience started with her first job post-undergrad as a residential counselor and later starting her own Education and Behavioral Health Advocacy company, where she has worked closely with parents to help navigate these systems and service providers to ensure their programs and services are following best practice standards to better support the children she served.
Ms. Studevan has brought her expertise to Juneau to serve as REACH, Inc.’s Executive Director.
