JAMHI provides integrated healthcare that includes:
  • Quality medical care to ANYONE in the community who needs affordable healthcare at our Salmon Creek Clinic.

  • Whole-person evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment services, including 24/7 crisis response and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), all meeting access timeliness, quality of care, staffing, and care coordination criteria at our Salmon Creek Clinic and JAMHI Family.

  • Community housing and support services for adults with severe mental illness throughout the community.



All JAMHI Health & Wellness Services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on ability to pay.

Notice to JAMHI Salmon Creek Clinic Patients After-Hours Patient Services

  • For emergencies, please dial 911 or go to Bartlett Regional Hospital’s emergency room. If you are outside Juneau, visit your nearest hospital emergency room.

  • JAMHI Salmon Creek Clinic offers our patients the opportunity to speak with an on-call provider about their medical concerns after business hours.

  • To reach the on-call nurse triage line, call our main JAMHI Salmon Creek Clinic number at 907-463-3303 and follow the prompts for after-hours service. You will then be connected to our after-hours service provider.

  • Explain the nature of your issue to the after-hours service provider. The triage line will provide recommendations on the next steps, which may include receiving a call from the on-call nurse.


Requests for medication refills, appointment scheduling, and billing inquiries will only be handled during regular business hours. For Genoa pharmacy after-hours assistance, please call 866-599-8870.
