For many years Midtown Clinic has been our primary care site and Salmon Creek Clinic our behavioral health site. We are excited to announce that primary care and behavioral health services will both be provided at Salmon Creek Clinic starting the week of September 11.

This co-located model of integrated, whole-person healthcare will be more effective and provide a one-stop shop for all of your mind and body healthcare.
